Haiku Lou is a café opening soon in Louisville. We're bringing a new drink alongside café standards like coffee and matcha.

Barley tea is the new kid on the block we think you'll love. It's roasted barley, brewed like tea, cold or hot. A little sweet and kind of toasty. It's been an everyday drink in Japan (mugicha) and Korea (boricha) for a long time. Ours is locally sourced and roasted for a Kentucky twist.
